Why do we need a privacy policy?

As the owner of Mutterly gorgeous I understand that it is a personal and important choice for you to decide how your personal details are kept and whether or not you would like to share any pictures of your beloved pets. As part of the latest General Data Protection Regulations it is important that you are clear about why Mutterly Gorgeous collect any of your personal information and what we intent to do with it. This is to ensure you have the opportunity to make and amendments, updates or request its deletion.

The most important thing for me to clarify is that Mutterly Gorgeous will only collect and maintain the personal information you have provided me to make a booking of our services for your pet.

These details may be:

• · Your home or work address (if required as part of the dog walking service

As part of the provision of my services, Mutterly Gorgeous will not collect sensitive categories of Subject (personal) data without your explicit consent, nor will we provide testimonials or pictures of your animal without explicit consent from you.

I may from time to time contact you via email regarding special offers. However, you can, at any time, request that you are taken off such a mailing list. Details of how to, are below.

How long do we keep the data?

Mutterly Gorgeous will keep your personal information for as long as you are a customer.

After you stop being a customer, we may keep your data for up to 5 years, but only as a record if you have any questions or complaints.

What else will you do with my data? 

Actually nothing at all. It really is that simple.

It will not be shared with any third party, used for mailing exercises that you are not agreed too or sold on to a third party in any way. It is purely here for me to manage your pets appointment. 

Mutterly gorgeous is committed to keeping your personal details confidential. 

Key points

Remember you have the right to ask me, Mutterly Gorgeous,  not to process your personal data for marketing purposes at any time. 

My aim is to ask you when you are making a booking or after the session if you would be happy for pictures to be taken, testimonials given, or be contacted with any special offers I may have running, however if I have not or you have changed your mind, you can exercise your right and ask to be taken off mailing list and any pictures and testimonials to be destroyed.  This can be done at any time. It is your right. All you need to do is contact me using one of the methods below. 

This also applies if you no longer want me to store any records of yours.

The email address is monitored and you should receive a reply within two working days
